SPIRAX Steam Traps and Air Traps

Thermodynamic Steam Traps

Main Feature:
- Sizes up to 1".

- Operating pressures up to 3625 psig.
- Body: carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy steel.
- Robust design giving excellent resistance to water hammer and Vibration.

Applications:
> Mains drainage and all  tracing applications.

Bimetallic Steam Traps

Main Feature:
- Sizes up to 4”

- Operating pressures up to 1160 psig.
- Body: cast steel, alloy steel or stainless steel.

Applications:
> Where condensate back-up can be tolerated or is required in order to remove excess enthalpy, e.g. non- critical tracing.

Balanced Pressure Steam Traps

Main Feature:
- Sizes up to 1".

- Operating pressures up to 464 psig.
- Body: brass, cast iron, cast steel or stainless steel.

Applications:
> Where condensate back-up can be tolerated or is required in order to remove excess enthalpy, e.g. non- critical tracing.

Ball Float Steam Traps

Main Feature:
- Sizes up to 4".

- Operating pressures up to 1160 psig.
- Body: cast iron, SG iron, cast steel or stainless steel.

Applications:
> Temperature / pressure controlled applications with fluctuating loads.

Inverted Bucket Steam Traps

Main Feature:
- Sizes up to 3".

- Operating pressures up to 1687 psig.
- Body: cast iron, cast steel, alloy steel or stainless steel

Applications:
> Temperature / pressure controlled applications with fluctuating loads.

Universal Steam Traps

Main Feature:
- Sizes up to 1”

- Operating pressures up to 667 psig.
- Body: generally stainless steel
- Traditional steam trapping assemblies require many joints between the traps and isolation valves which are potential leak paths.
- Suitable for use with balanced pressure, thermodynamic, inverted bucket, float and bimetallic steam traps.

Steam Manifolds

A compact range of fabricated and forged steel manifolds designed for steam tracing applications. The manifolds have 4, 8 or 12 tracer line
connections and are supplied with
integral piston type isolation valves. Screwed and socket weld connections available.

          Wireless online Steam Trap Monitoring

Key Benefits:
- Can detect and fix steam trap issues faster.

- Can prioritize and schedule maintenance at convenient times to reduce process downtime and costs.
- Reducing energy waste saves costs and supports your Net Zero goals.
- Provides alerts that help you maintain a safe working environment.

Air Traps

Offer a wide range of liquid drainers that are available to remove liquid from air and gas systems, they reduce corrosion and will improve system efficiency.
